These terms govern your use of Wavemark, a music distribution service. By creating an account or submitting a release, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the music, artwork, and metadata you upload. You grant Wavemark the license needed to process, store, and deliver your releases to the stores you select. You promise that you hold all rights to what you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright.
Copyright checks
Every upload is scanned for copyright, including identification against a global recording catalog. A match doesn't automatically mean rejection, and a clear scan isn't a legal guarantee — our team reviews flagged releases. We may decline, hold, or take down any release we believe infringes rights or violates these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Releasing to stores requires an active paid plan. Plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we don't store your full card number. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Earnings and payouts
Streaming revenue shown in your dashboard accrues to your balance. You can request a payout of your available balance; payouts are reviewed before they're paid.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, attempt to bypass the copyright checks, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Wavemark running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
